ROTATING HYDRAULIC SHEAR

The rotating tree shear has been designed for felling and deforestation of trees and maintenance of bushes such as the thinning of shrubs of different sizes. Our Rotating Tree Shears are constructed entirely from HARDOX, feature full floating planetary drive systems and a variable speed high torque motor with cushion stops.

  • High-Quality Steel - Manufactured around properties of strength and abrasion resistance the entire attachment is fabricated with HARDOX450 + WELDOX960, whilst the blade is made from HARDOX600.

  • Versatile - 360° rotation available with Italian made motor specifically designed to withstand the forces excavators are capable of applying to the rotator area. Recognize greater productivity with a rotating shear because of the speed and ease with which shear jaws can be placed into optimum cutting position.
     

  • Robust construction - Manufactured to have hardened pins/bearings and larger bushes decrease the overall torsional tension and provide maximum support, extending the life of the wheel.
     

  • Pin quality - Made of 1045 high-quality carbon steel that has undergone quenching and tempering processes ensuring long-term integrity. 
     

  • Reinforced welds - Weld quality guaranteed by ultrasonic testing ensures there are no microscopic discontinuities, differentiating us from other supplies.
